Shipping Locations and Options
We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore with the following options:

Malaysia Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after processing.

Singapore Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.
Delivery Times
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, certain factors such as courier delays, customs processing, public holidays or natural disasters may impact actual delivery. Ascent is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
Festive Season & High-Demand Periods: Please note that during festive seasons and high-demand periods, such as holidays, sales, or special promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased shipping volume. We recommend placing orders early during these times to avoid delays.
Shipping Restrictions

Delivery Locations: Ascent currently ships only within Malaysia and Singapore.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot take responsibility for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
